RoadCom account and data deletion

In the app (fastest)

1. Open RoadCom and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap the gear button at the top to open Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

By email

If you can no longer open the app, email team@roadcom.co.uk from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my RoadCom account”. If you signed in with Apple or Google, tell us the name on that account. We will delete it and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your profile, vehicle details, number plate and social links.
• Your places, routes, photos and comments, your saves and likes, and your friend connections.
• Photo files stored for your account.

What may remain

• Backups, which expire within 90 days.
• Minimal records, only where the law requires us to keep them.
